Congratulations to Taylor Wells on being named one of ENX Magazine’s 2020 Industry Difference Makers!
Taylor Wells is the Operations Manager for Pearson-Kelly Technology. She oversees all aspects of post-sales technical support, service, and implementation. Taylor comes from an event management and hospitality background but took control of this team without fear or hesitation. We are lucky to have her on our leadership team!
I’ve worked with Taylor for almost two years. The impact she’s made at PKT is astounding. She has that perfect blend of accountability and empathy. Because of her leadership, those that report to her grow leaps and bounds in their professional lives, and in their personal lives. She gives them the confidence and stability to outperform their goals. But she’s also a genuinely fun person to be around, and they all like to work with her.
Taylor isn’t just deserving because of her work accomplishments though. Taylor is also a leader in her community. She serves in her church, volunteers at various community events and invests in lives of PKT employees. For all these reasons, and many more, Taylor Wells is deserving of this award.
